BPD Officer Newell reportedly returned to the AT&T store on July 15, where he again asked Myers for information concerning the incident, saying he "just needed a name."

Myers reportedly said he again cited federal law and company policies, and that he "was willing to help him out as long as I had a subpoena," he said.
