Neighborhood Watch:Reasons/Remedies to file motion restraining Sheriff against action of foreclosure and eviction

1 A Minnesota Trial Court's decision holding the Federal Reserve Act unconstitutional and VOID;
2 holding the National Banking Act unconstitutional and VOID;
3 declaring a mortgage acquired by the First National Bank of Montgomery, Minnesota in the regular course of its business, along with the foreclosure and the sheriff's sale, to be VOID.

And in the judge's personal memorandum he recalled that "the Plaintiff (banks president) admitted that in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank did create the money and credits upon its books by bookkeeping entry. The money and credit first came into existence when they created it. Mr Morgan admitted that no US Law or Statute existed which gave him the right to do this. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the Note. The Jury found that there was no lawful consideration and I agree." He also poetically added: "Only God can create something of value out of nothing."

Being that many neighborhoodwatch programs are organized and sometimes incorporated/licensed for armed patrol,it seems if the proper legal action is taken in court in the form of "produce the Note" and the remedy of "Consideration" ,these groups and neighbors, along with the legal assistance/support of the Homeowners Association provide a legal and militant barrier to physical eviction of their neighbors and friends.

A meeting should be set up for the whole neighborhood and an evaluation /assessment of those in danger of foreclosure be initiated identifying those at most risk of immediate eviction so a welcoming commitee will be present for the arrival of the Sheriff. The Sheriff ,at this time will be Constitutionalized.

An umbrella organization of these Neighborhood Watches/Home Owner Assoc. would provide a legal, peacefully assembled group intent of creating a barrier to admittance for taking possession and control of said property.

A real obstacle/deterent would have to be organized ,involving over 125 encamped "friends" on said property.A "sit in",to say ,for example.

It looks like the downfall of the Bank Monopoly and it's cousins,Mr Mortgage, credit and Finance by their own treachery.
The homes are legally yours by default and fraud on part of the Lenders. The Fed.

Keep them legally, ethically and morally. As should have been from the beginning.

Don't let the obscene image of an officer of the law defiling your home. With the intent of drawing his weapon. To shed your blood, if necessary ,in the act of throwing you from your home(as captured in photo ) be repeated with your home.

"In 1969 there was a Minnesota court case involving a man named Jerome Daly, who was challenging the foreclosure of his home by the bank, which provided the loan to purchase it. His argument was that the mortgage contract required both parties, being he and the bank, each put up a legitimate form of property for the exchange. In legal language this is called consideration (a contracts basis. a contract is founded on an exchange of one form of consideration for another.)

Mr Daly explained that the money was in fact not the property of the bank, for it was created out of nothing as soon as the loan agreement was signed. Remember what Modern Money Mechanics stated about loans? What they do, when they make loans is to accept promissory notes in exchange for credits. Reserves are unchanged by the loan transactions, but deposit credits constitute new additions to the total deposits of the banking system. In other words: The money doesn’t come out of their existing assets, the bank is simply inventing it, putting up nothing of it’s own, except for a theoretical liability on paper.

As the court case progressed, the bank’s president Mr. Morgan took the stand. And in the judge’s personal memorandum he recalled that “the Plaintiff (banks president) admitted that in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank did create the money and credits upon its books by bookkeeping entry. The money and credit first came into existence when they created it. Mr Morgan admitted that no US Law or Statute existed which gave him the right to do this. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the Note. The Jury found that there was no lawful consideration and I agree.” He also poetically added: “Only God can create something of value out of nothing.”

And upon this revelation the court rejected the bank’s claim for foreclosure and Daly kept his home."

...how the “Illuminati banksters” create money out of thin air, ask why the 1968 Minnesota Trial Court’s decision holding the Federal Reserve Act unconstitutional and void and holding the National Banking Act unconstitutional and void was never appealed or vacated? The answer is even the legal manipulators and corrupted high court judges can’t get around this decision, figuring it better to just let the case of the First National Bank of Montgomery V. Jerome Daly die in the cold Minnesota snow along with Justice Martin V. Mahoney who was found suspiciously poisoned to death six months after he issued the ruling that exposed the illegality of what has been called the Queen of England’s illegal banking scam.

[Peter Joseph] from Zeitgeist

A number of years ago, the central bank of the United States, the Federal Reserve, produced a document entitled “Modern Money Mechanics”. This publication detailed the institutionalized practice of money creation as utilized by the federal reserve and the web of global commercial banks it supports.

On the opening page the document states its objective. The purpose of this booklet is to describe the basic process of money creation in a fractional reserve banking system. It then precedes to describe this fractional reserve process through various banking terminology.

A translation of which goes something like this:

  • The United States government decides it needs some money.
  • So it calls up the federal reserve and requests say 10 billion dollars.
  • The FED replies saying: “sure, we’ll buy ten billion in government bonds from you”.
  • So the government takes some pieces of paper, paints some official looking designs on them, and calls them treasury bonds.
  • Then it puts a value on these bonds to the sum of 10 billion dollars and sends them over to the FED.
  • In turn the people of the FED draw up a bunch of impressive pieces of paper themselves, only this time calling them federal reserve notes, also designating a value of ten billion dollars to the set.
  • The FED than takes these notes and trades them for the bonds.
  • Once this exchange is complete, the government than takes the ten billion in federal reserve notes, and deposits it into an bank account.
  • And, upon this deposit the paper notes officially become legal tender money.
  • Adding ten billion to the US money supply.

And there it is! Ten billion in new money has been created. Of course, this example is a generalization. For, in reality, this transaction would occur electronically, with no paper used at all.

Wow, this is one of the most amazing points I have ever read and what a wonderful article. Maybe clipping it a bit will help others to find it, goodness knows this isn't popping up in our regular reading anywhere!! It never ceases to amaze me that the greatest powers we the public have are so buried that it takes a miracle to unearth the truth. Kudos and thanks for this!!

we really do have to shake ourselves out of this paranoid hypnosis that they've put us in, that makes us think that the law is right because they say it is. in times of great crisis, laws are exposed as inherently oppressive, and the only responsible action is to resist. we cant just keep going along with this.

i seeded a sort of "starting point" for this kind of action several weeks ago. i'm glad to see that it's taking shape. at this point, following the rules is the best way to guarantee that they will never change.

Hey, hey, hey, some of us never think "they" have the rights and powers "they" claim to have! :~)

Elitist Blueprint For World Government Revealed:The Process of Indoctrination; How the public is being conditioned to accept the existence of an elite ruling class

A new book written by a leading globalist luminary provides a blueprint for how 6,000 elitists plan to completely end national sovereignty, impose a system of global governance, and how they will deal with an international network of people that resist their agenda.

Superclass: The Global Power Elite and the World They Are Making is a manifesto for how the elite plan to shape the course of the planet and impose a new world order while combating the inevitable "global network of antiglobalists" who will rise up against it.

To learn more, visit www.usaonwatch.org and browse the site.

Need to get people involved. There are good programs out there to get the information out. Most are not well regulated. When i use the word regulated I mean it in it`s definition.

regulated - Definition from the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary

1 a: to govern or direct according to rule b (1): to bring under the control of law or constituted authority (2): to make regulations for or concerning <regulate the industries of a country>2: to bring order, method, or uniformity to <regulate one's habits>3: to fix or adjust the time, amount, degree, or rate of <regulate the pressure of a tire>

A Well Regulated Militia...

Are you "spooked" by the word "militia?" Click Here

This site is owned and operated by Freedom-Loving Americans who have provided this space for others of like mind to be a place to gather together and; share our collective knowledge, learn more about our Liberties and Heritage, enjoy the company of fellow American Patriots, pass on our skills and experiences, create new friends, and get reacquainted with old ones. One of our goals is to provide a place for American Patriots to communicate with one another to create a more cohesive network of Liberty minded people who have a vested interest in ensuring the continuance of our Constitutional Republic.

man...sorry....I should have been clearer.... I was more or less thinking of 'how to' on the subject of getting info out to those, who maybe not my close friends or relatives, but, still are looking for some kind of remedy...concerning this topic....

I fear no neighborhood militia....that I can think of....yet....no need, defending to attributes of the neighborhood watch thing....

Well put.

A printout is a good start lovetrust. Getting people out and involved with their neighborhoods is the next step. Sharing unadulterated information with one another they can come up with their own plans to help. This organization is only one of many.

Wonderful ideas, everyone ,now get to work...many different remedies will come to you all in the course of days if not hours...we are the the ones we've been waiting for...the miracle has begun to come to fruition...humanity.

Why this will work is due to it becoming too personal for many people ...everyone knows somebody they love and/ or respect and will have an emotional attachment concerning this issue of "homelessness" and they will ,through personal experience/history of these persons/families, not be able to make a justified reason as to why these people would be afforded the injustice .

It's important that we stem the tide of evictions and foreclosures...for if it continues at this rate, within months there will be millions of people literally unsheltered and vulnerable. With no line of defense. That is what a home allows...a place to defend your dignities and rights.

Thousands of people disenfranchised/disempowered by the act of foreclosure and eviction will be defenseless, on the street. Easily steered.Manipulated.Into facilities designed to restrain/confine/control. With no escape.

This is what the agenda calls for...hence the reason for the propaganda bemoaning the coming "Summer of Rage" and the "Economic Crisis" and the use of 20,000 active duty troops and National Guards to quell riots and insurrection, contrary to what the Constitution disallows through the Insurrectionist Act and Posse Comititus Act. They have been suspended . Habeus Corpus? And this Economic Crisis...?

It's running away from the Fed and the agenda...inspite...

New jobless claims unexpectedly drop to 639K

The number of new jobless claims and the total number of people receiving unemployment benefits both dropped more than expected last week, though they remain at elevated levels and are unlikely to fall substantially in the coming months.

The media contradicts itself(the writer of article)by stating one truth ...

unemployment benefits both dropped more than expected last week

and then attempting to negate it by another truth...

though they remain at elevated levels

and then speculation.

and are unlikely to fall substantially in the coming months.

Feel good and feel bad all at the same time. Confusion. Hopelessness.

When in fact miracles are revealing themselves and those are the signs of hope that will increase the belief and faith of the world for "Aggiornamento "

The preparation of the children and the world for the Return of Justice and Mercy.

The acclimation of Creation is at hand.Prepare and make all things right for when the time comes we may hear the delight of our ears,"With you I am well pleased, the Kingdom is at hand as I commanded, marvelous job."Or something to that effect...lol.
