All I wanted to do was plead innocent to a trumped up DUI,received after I refused to consent to a search of my car and after the police beat and kicked me,severely. I had also signed a petition the previous year stating I believed Marijuana should not be illegal. I thought it was my right.
The judge asked me how I pleaded,guilty or nolo contedere.I informed him,politely, that I had the right to plead innocent.He said not in his county.
I got the FBI involved.The county and State were not to happy.The FBI didn't do much.

Incarceration?At the least.
